It was requested that I make a 3D alpha. I'm not entirely sure what was wanted since there are so many ways to interpret a request, but I came up with this. I will, of course, always try to complete a request when I can (I just discovered this one) but if I could have maybe a little more to go on...say color and/or type of font, plain or theme. October Blog Train Announcements

Once more you can look forward to two awesome blog trains that will be posted here. Aloha Alpha

My daughter and new son-in-law had married in July one year ago and had their honeymoon in Kawaii. So when I was looking at their honeymoon pix again the idea for this alpha came to mind. The island is so beautiful and the waters are really very blue and Hibiscus there are gorgeous. I wanted to incorporate a tropical theme with both the water and the lush growth. Autumn

Since Fall is so close now, I thought I would give you an Autumn Alpha. Fall has such lovely colors and gives us glorious scenery. On the hind side, it also gives us a lot of leaves to rake. And if you just happen to have an entry like mine you will find leaves swirled into it everytime the wind blows just a little. It seems like to me that leaves lay hidden in wait. I swear it is a plot. There will not be a leaf insight until there's a breeze and oila...leaves in my entry. Out comes the broom and dustpan again. Lol

Spring Alpha

Gingham Puff Alpha

I had made an alpha like this for one of my kits called Sweet & Girly. However, I made two mistakes that I didn't notice, so I have remade the alpha (I think it's way better) and am offering it in hopes that those who d/l'd the kit will forgive my sloppiness. Tsk!! Hopefully I will be more careful in the future.

Buzzy Bee Alpha

Hello!! I thought I'd try offering an alpha that I made. I like to have my mojo working in different creative ventures...I don't get so bored then. Lol. If this is received well, I will offer more. Denim Flowers

Well, I'm officially a certified doofus. I just found out, thanks to a dear, dear friend that my kit Patched Jeans did not have the flowers in it. So I d/ld them and sure nuff. Two folders of the same ribbons and bows and no flowers. So, without further ado...here are the flowers that should have been in there. (and there are some leaves to...lol)

This is one of my first kits. I remember how the idea for this particular one just burned to be let loose. I had to do it. From then on I was hooked and I've had to keep going. Let me introduce Mary Jane. She's from a time when little children could play outside after dark and play hide n seek, red light green light, freeze, etc. Children found delight in the small things of nature and thought their parents were awesome. I wish we could have that sense of security and wonder back...but time marches on and leaves the past far, far behind. Sometimes, though, that's a good thing. Let's all remember the fun...

Little Divas

These are brand new tubes. I find I do better at cartoon figures than trying to paint. I've always loved the big eyed girls that used to be so popular at one time. This is my attempt at them...I'm still trying to find my mojo, my style...and though I may go from one thing to another...I do see some improvement.
