New...Fun in the Rain tagger kit

Hello friends, I put together a taggers kit for you from one of my childhood memmories. I remember how I used to love to play in the rain and how refreshing it was. Then I became a young lady and didn't like to get my hair messed up. Lol I hope you enjoy this kit as much as I enjoyed putting in together.
